SYBIL ‘OMICS KNOWLEDGE FACTORY' FOR SYSTEMICALLY GENERATING NEW KNOWLEDGE OF SKELETAL DISEASES

Objectives:

• To undertake large-scale molecular and metabolic phenotyping for establishing definitive ‘-omics profiles’ of relevant cellular and animal models of skeletal diseases.
• To harmonize legacy -omics data with novel data collected by new technologies. 
• To develop common ontologies and SOPs for deep-phenotyping and integration with WP4.
