Wax embedding of cartilage tissue
Sample preparation
Fix tissues in ice cold 4% PFA or 95%EtOH/5%HAc for 48h overnight. Decalcify in 20% EDTA pH7.4 for 1 (up to 2 weeks of age) to 2 weeks (3-9 weeks of age). Rinse the EDTA off under running tap water for 1h before embedding.
