LARGE-SCALE PHENOTYPING OF CELLULAR AND ANIMAL MODELS OF RSDs AND CSDs

Objectives:
- To evaluate, validate and standardize core technologies that will be used for deep phenotyping of the models.
- To provide qualitative & quantitative data on changes in cellular phenotype, morphology and differentiation.
- To deep phenotype the bone and/or cartilage defects in both cellular and animal models of RSDs and CSDs and interpret phenotypic variability.
