GENERATION OF RELEVANT ANIMAL MODELS OF CSDs AND RSDs
Work package leaders:

Objectives:
- To develop relevant in vivo models of RSDs and CSDs.
- To evaluate and apply TALEN technology for the generation of genetically modified zebrafish and mice.
- To develop, apply and evaluate rE-Rex for the reversible switch on/off of gene expression in vivo.
