Objectives:

• To develop relevant in vivo models of RSDs and CSDs.
• To evaluate and apply TALEN technology for the generation of genetically modified zebrafish and mice.
• To develop, apply and evaluate rE-Rex for the reversible switch on/off of gene expression in vivo.
